Nordic walking is growing in popularity and is considered one of the healthiest of all sports. In the beginning, Nordic Walking was only conceived of as summer training for cross-country skiers, but it is also perfect for beginning athletes since it is easy to learn and suitable for everyone.  In the meantime, walking with two poles is the trend sport bar none. Training in the great outdoors is not just healthy, it is also effective.
